Another little came to see me last week. 🥹 This brave 3-year-old was amazing during her consultation and even more so during her appointment. She was so sweet and much more talkative the second time coming to see me. We put on cartoons, sang songs, enjoyed some candy, and got her piercings done. Afterwards she gave me a big, pink sticky piercing right on the tip of my nose, which I promptly forgot about and even helped other clients while wearing it. They told me NOTHING 😂 😂 😂 but anything for the kids, right lol While I love witnessing these little humans be so brave and take on something as big as piercings, seeing the parents' awe at their child's strength and determination is truly special. Mom's reaction was priceless. Her baby lay nestled on her, while Dad held her hand. Surrounded by love, support and safety – what more could you ask for? It's a beautiful thing. 🙏🏽🕯️

Some adorable little forward helix piercings I got to do about 6 weeks ago. These have been downsized since and are looking pretty happy so far! I'm stoked! These particular piercings are pretty anatomy dependant and placement will vary depending on how much room you have behind that little ridge. Especially where that rook ridge sits in particular. This client wanted that lower placement higher than I had originally placed it and we ended up with what you see in the photo after some 🌈 informed consent. 🌈 I'm selective about this particular placement because I've seen it go wrong. Once, a client with a similar request ended up with serious snagging, rook irritation and embedding. She had to retire the piercing. ☹ It was a WHOLE thing. Ask me about it during your appointment for the 🧀. Look, piercers make mistakes. Even "good ones". So know that when we say no, it's because we're trying to help you have the best experience based on what we know. That being said, sooometimes we bend our rules for regulars or people with certain healing experience. Sometimes. We see clients for second opinions from All over and never talk down on other shops or their piercers. We'll even refer you to them if we think it's a better fit. We're always about what's best for our clients. 🙏🏽Please never be afraid to book a troubleshooting appointment with us. We'll always do our best to help even if that means telling you to retire your piercing. FYI piercers: If you ever see something troublesome from us at your studio, message us! Added this lobe piercing between this cutie's two existing piercings last week. She originally came in to add a third, but for the even placement she wanted, I thought it would be best to consider some of her future ideas to create a cohesive look. 🔮 I loved that she was so open to letting me do my thing! And she had so much room between the piercings, with the free space extending high up in the back—not something I experience too often with attached lobes. 👂🏼 So, I felt super lucky to be able to add this there for her!
